The LA Metro Visa Prepaid Card is issued by the Sutton Bank N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement. This card may not be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. See Cardholder Agreement for restrictions.
